DONATION REQUESTS

Berres Brothers has a long history of supporting our local community. This has resulted in many requests. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor all requests as we have in the past. A few things to consider when submitting your donation request:

• We look to fulfill as many local community events as our budget allows for.
• Please ensure that you make your donation request at least one month in advance of your event. 
• Effective February 1, 2020 all donation requests will be handled ONLINE. The Café and Retail Store will no longer accept written donation requests.
• After submitting your request ONLINE, you will be notified via email if your donation request will be fulfilled.

To be considered for our donation program please complete the online form below and submit for further review. 

All donation requests: special events requesting support with brewing equipment and coffee donations, also need to complete the form below.
